Personal Vision/Purpose (4/1)
PERSONAL VISION
I am called to train, equip, AND release thousands of people into the harvest around the world!
PURPOSE STATEMENT
My purpose is to love God with all of my being and to love all others I come in contact with by…
-Being a person of integrity rather than expediency.
-Making Jennifer, Caleb & Becca my primary ministry group.
-Doing all I can to see disciples developed among all people groups of the world.
-Training, Equipping, AND releasing thousands into the harvest around the world.
CORE VALUES
IDENTITY Who I am WITH God is more important than what I do FOR God.
PRIORITY My priorities are God, Jennifer, Caleb & Becca, and THEN ministry.
INTEGRITY Integrity, honesty, and transparency are more important than expediency and what others think of me.
ACCOUNTABILITY Never trust yourself (1 Cor. 10:12); set up boundaries.
MUTIPLICATION If I train, equip, AND release people for ministry, they will be healthy and healthy people naturally multiply. In this way, I will impact many more lives than by doing it all myself.
AUTHROITY I CANNOT ask others to follow me if I am not submitted to and following those whom God has placed over me.
AUTONOMY Each individual must stand before God. Therefore I do not need to have an opinion about everything.
DO OVERS It does not matter how we got here, it matters where we go from here.
BIBLICAL PURPOSE
My purpose is to love God with all of my being and to love all others I come in contact with;[1] to partner with Jesus in His mission[2] by doing all I can to ensure that all come to a relationship with Him[3] and to see that disciples are made among all people groups.[4] I am called to do this by training, equipping AND releasing people into ministry.[5]
[1] He answered, “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart AND with all your soul AND with all your strength AND with all you mind;’ AND ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’” (LK. 10:27).
[2] …”My Father is always at His work to this very day, and I, too, am working.” (JN. 5:16b).
[3] He is patient with you not wanting ANYONE to perish, but EVERYONE to come to repentance. (2 Pet. 3:9).
[4] Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. (MT. 28:19-20a).
[5] It was He who gave some to be apostles, some to be prophets, some to be evangelists, and some to be pastors and teachers, TO PREPARE GOD’S PEOPLE FOR WORKS OF SERVICE, so that the body of Christ may be built up. (Eph. 4:11-12).
